
My Journey
My name is Marta and I live in Como, Italy.
I crossed my path with Yoga in 2010 and since then a part of me has remained on the mat. My Yoga studies include “The Power Yoga Teacher Training” (200h) certified by Yoga Alliance and “Yoga Power Play Teacher Training” dedicated to children. My background is in Applied Mathematics which in its essence is a wonderful balance of elegance, precision, discovery, and thinking deeply. Same as Yoga, isn’t it? My two little daughters and my husband are my centre of gravity and they bring a fair degree of joyful entropy in my everyday life.

FAQs
Dress Code?
Don’t be fussy. No need to dress up, choose comfortable light clothes and an extra jersey during warming up and for Shavasana.
Heavy equipments?
A mat is all you need (and love, of course). If you fancy extras: two blocks (or thick books) and a belt may be useful.
OMG I’m broadcasted
No recordings of you are taken without your explicit consent. If you are worried about other attendees watching you, they look exactly as you: beautiful and glorious.
Set up your space
Place the mat in an adequate space to be able to move freely. To fully enjoy your time, make sure you are not disturbed while practicing (mute notifications / turn off your phone). Position the camera so that you are in full view.
